Kindly refer to our sizing guide for instructions. We also provide a size chart on every product page, below the product specifications, for quick referencing. If your measurements fall between sizes, simply drop us an email or direct message us on Instagram for sizing help.

Size down! If the nail exceeds the width of your nail bed it may be uncomfortable and might lift along the sides resulting in weaker adhesiveness.

Keeping in mind that press-on nails are not meant for permanent wear. The longevity of a set largely varies from individual to individual and can last for weeks when properly applied. However, we encourage changing sets every 1-2 weeks for maximum hygiene and for your nails to catch a breather in between sets!

There is absolutely no downtime for our press-on nails! Just make sure to refrain contact with water,oils or lotions for a few hours after application. It is best to apply the nails before you go to bed so they can fully set overnight!

Absolutely! Re-wear your favourite nail sets anytime you want by simply replacing the adhesive tabs.

Proper adhesion is key to long wear! Before wearing your press-ons, we highly recommend preparing your natural nails as outlined in our video on the tutorial page. Please avoid contact with water and lotion and oils for a few hours after application. Use a wet wipe to clean your hands if needed!
Although our nails are durable, we always recommend taking care while wearing them. It is also a good idea to press the nails several times a day for 72 hours from application, the more you press, the better they stick!

If properly cleaned and stored in a cool and dry place after use, they should last over a year from the date of purchase! Do understand that frequent usage will reduce the longevity of the nails due to everyday wear and tear.

We want to ensure every set of Pinky Winky nails you receive is new and clean. Therefore, due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.

Begin by browsing the desired products on the website and selecting the item you want to buy. Add the chosen product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information, provide payment details, and review your order before confirming the purchase. Once you've verified all details, click the "Place Order" button. You'll then receive an order confirmation, and the process is complete.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of the order via the email address provided.

DM us on Instagram as soon as possible to request any changes to your shipping address. We may be able to accommodate address changes if the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. However, once the order is in transit or has been fulfilled, it will not be possible.

Your new set of Pinky Winky nails will be shipped out within 2 working days and received within 5 working days once order has been placed! However, we seek your kind understanding for unforeseeable delays from our logistic partners during peak periods.

At the moment we only cater to orders within Singapore but do drop us a DM for international order enquiries!
Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we are unfortunately unable to accept refunds due to hygiene reasons in order to ensure that every set of Pinky Winky nails you receive is new, clean & unblemished.

If for whatever reason you made a purchase by accident, please reach out to us ASAP. We are unable to process any refunds if we have already shipped out the order.
